There is a familiar moment in almost every home.
The kitchen needs attention. The bathrooms have officially crossed from “I’ll get to them” into “please don’t invite anyone over.” Dog hair seems to have developed its own circulatory system. And somewhere there is one room whose door has quietly become part of the cleaning strategy.
You could use some help.
But maybe you don’t need someone to clean the entire house.
That is exactly where My Clean owner Rubi approaches housekeeping a little differently.
Instead of assuming every customer needs the same package, Rubi and her team start with a much simpler question:
What do you actually need?
Maybe It’s the Whole House. Maybe It Isn’t.
My Clean specializes in residential housekeeping, but Rubi intentionally keeps the service flexible.
Need a full-house cleaning? Absolutely.
Need only the kitchen and bathrooms tackled this week? That can work too.
Have one room that needs some serious attention? Talk with Rubi.
Need a deep clean before company arrives, help preparing a property for staging, or cleaning associated with a move? Those services can be customized as well.
“We like to adjust to people because people’s needs are different,” Rubi explained.
That philosophy matters, particularly when families are watching household budgets.
Sometimes the choice should not have to be between paying for an entire cleaning package or receiving no help at all.
My Clean allows customers to have a conversation about their priorities and build the service around them.
What Can My Clean Take Off Your List?
A typical cleaning can include dusting, blinds and window sills, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, tubs and showers, sinks, trash removal and detailed kitchen cleaning.
And “kitchen cleaning” does not necessarily mean wiping down the counter and calling it a day.
Rubi’s team pays attention to details such as microwaves, stovetops, coffee makers, toaster trays and other frequently used kitchen surfaces and appliances.
Customers can also ask about changing bed linens, dishes and additional services depending upon what their household needs.
My Clean works with busy families, pet owners, professionals and homeowners who simply want some of their time back.
The company also provides move-in and move-out cleaning, works with real estate professionals preparing properties for staging, and offers commercial cleaning for offices and businesses.
Hiring Help Is Not Failing at Housekeeping
There can be a funny bit of guilt attached to hiring someone to clean your home.
We tell ourselves we should be able to keep up.
But homes are lived in.
Families work. Children make messes. Dogs shed. Colorado dust apparently has aspirations of becoming a permanent resident. People travel, care for family members, juggle careers, recover from illness, grow older, entertain friends and occasionally decide that spending Saturday afternoon scrubbing a bathtub is not their highest calling.
Hiring help does not mean you are incapable of caring for your home.
Sometimes it means you have decided where your time is most valuable.
And professional housekeeping does more than create a cleaner space. It can remove one recurring task from an already crowded mental list.
That may mean more time with your children.
More time enjoying your weekend.
More energy for work.
Or simply walking into the kitchen at the end of the day and thinking, thank goodness I don’t have to deal with that tonight.
There is value in that.
Start With What You Need
One of the things we appreciate most about Rubi’s approach is that the conversation does not begin with a rigid package.
It begins with your home.
Your priorities.
Your budget.
Your schedule.
And what would make life a little easier.
If the whole house needs attention, My Clean can help.
If you simply need someone to rescue the kitchen from whatever happened in there this week, they can talk about that too.

I like that they’ll help with just one room if that’s all you need. Makes it much less intimidating to reach out for help.
Good info, but I wish there were some price estimates listed. Having flexible options is great but transparency matters too.
Moving, sick kids, work deadlines...cleaning is always last on the list. This service could really help us not lose our minds.
Love small businesses who look out for regular folks. Might give them a try before our next family party. I don’t want to scare my in-laws!
Are weekend appointments available? My work schedule is all over the place. Would like to try it out if so.
We used their move-in cleaning when we bought our last place. Best money ever spent, honestly. It felt so nice to start fresh.
Seeing ‘no judgement zone’ vibes with this company makes me feel better. Some weeks I’m on top of things, other weeks everything falls apart.
Thank you for sharing, My Clean truly understands how real life ebbs and flows, and approaches every home without judgment, meeting people where they are each week.
Does My Clean bring their own supplies or use what’s in your house? I have allergies so this is always an issue for me.
Excellent question! My Clean typically brings their own supplies, but they're happy to discuss your preferences or use products you provide, especially if you have sensitivities or allergies.
Colorado dust is truly undefeated. No matter how much I clean, it comes right back. Glad Rubi’s team understands that struggle!
Kind of skeptical that attention to detail comment. Every cleaner I’ve hired before has missed the little stuff. Hope this one is different.
Would be good if they offered gift certificates. Would love to send my sister cleaning help for a weekend!
That's a great suggestion, gift certificates would make a perfect present for someone who could use a little help around the house! We'll be sure to pass your idea along to Rubi and the team at My Clean.
J. ReedThat’s a great idea! A cleaning service make such a thoughtful gift, especially for new parents or just folks who’ve been extra busy. Hope they offer this soon.
I love the idea of cleaning help not being an all or nothing service. Sometimes my house is fine except for the dreaded oven and stovetop, lol.
We're glad that flexible cleaning options resonate with you, sometimes it really is just the oven (or a single room) that's crying out for attention! That's exactly the kind of customized service My Clean aims to provide.
Moving soon and the thought of cleaning BOTH houses is stressing me out. Nice to know move-out cleanings are an option. Will call for an estimate next week.
Wish more services were this flexible! Everyone’s routines are different. I work long shifts and just need help with dusting honestly. Might check this out soon.
Customizing services is key, especially with prices the way they are right now. Sometimes you just need a hand, not the whole house turned upside down.
I tried My Clean a few months ago. Rubi really does listen to what you want taken care of, no upselling. My kitchen has never looked better.
That bit about the one room you just close the door on made me laugh. I definitely have one of those. Maybe time to call in backup!
The guilt is real! I always feel like I should be able to manage everything and then get overwhelmed. Cool to see a cleaning company that actually gets that people have different needs/schedules.
Honestly, deep cleaning before company comes over is when I need help most. Glad there’s a way to just book that instead of a full ongoing service.
Rubi sounds awesome. Love the focus on just getting specific things tackled when you need it. I only really struggle with bathrooms sometimes, so this is good to know.
Been in Centennial for years and never heard about My Clean until now. I appreciate the flexible approach. Some weeks I only want help with dog hair, other times it’s the whole house.
I always feel embarrassed asking for cleaning help, like I'm failing somehow. Reading this changed my mind a bit. Most of us are just busy juggling everything! Might give Rubi a call for my disaster zone of a kitchen.
