About

Edge Movement Parkour is a year-round outdoor program for children, youth, teens and adults interested in developing parkour natural movement skills in various public spaces, currently at Centennial Center Park in Centennial, Colorado. The program teaches athletes and non-athletes alike strength, flexibility, mobility, spatial awareness, efficiency and safe movement through the discipline of parkour safe progressions overcoming obstacles present in a variety of natural environments. Our signature curriculum can be tailored to all age groups and each individual learns at their own pace through the art of progression, not perfection.
