Our story began in 2008 inside a 160sq ft drive - thru in Beaverton, Oregon. Founded by family, rooted in hospitality, and driven by a desire to bring light to the grey PNW mornings, we set out to build something simple but meaningful - a place where coffee could fuel connection.

“Gong cha” is a Chinese term for the act of offering the best tea to the Emperor. It represents teas and beverages of the highest and finest quality, fit for royalty. Today, Gong cha is dedicated to the same principal of providing premium products to its customers around the globe. Our pearls/boba are cooked to perfection daily and our toppings are always fresh!
