Back in Step PT is a premiere clinic specializing in dance medicine and performance rehabilitation, led by Dr. Alyssa Arms, PT, DPT, OCS. As a lifelong dancer and internationally recognized advocate for dancers, Dr. Arms brings her expertise to treating performers. Located in Centennial, CO and working in partnership with The Performance Shift, this clinic is a one-stop-shop to be able to also work with the on-site dietitian, massage therapist, or performance coaches, or to take advantage of the spacious gym, vibrotactile dance studio, and recovery room. Together, we have so much to offer and look forward to support dancers in the community!
