Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center Centennial is located within the Trails Recreation Center. Our team is focused on recovery strategies for a large variety of diagnoses, including chronic pain, injury, pre and post op rehab, balance and fall issues, headaches and much more. Our staff has decades of experience to share, and enjoy teaching their patients how to recover from current issues, and how to manage their issues long term. We accept most all major insurances ( call us and we will verify), including Medicare, Work Comp, Tricare/Triwest, VA and all of the Medicare replacement plans. Private treatment rooms are comfortable and easy to access within the facility. We also have use of the entire facility during treatment sessions.
